EDDS v1.2 Changes

* Hero Generation now has hero races and powers.

  These are more appropriate for this campaign's features.

  E.g. ASSIST utility power, which allows you resolve DC failure for other hero.

  Hero can pick 3 powers they know when game begins.

  Additional skills they learn from Scholar NPCs in Vending mood.

  EDDS can be playted without a D&D:AS game now.

* Five Room Dungeon for when larger dungeons are just too large.

  In particular D20 City Issue is now resolved through these.

* Town bulettin board to organize city quests. The 1st tile after city entrance

  has it listing 3 NPCs and their specific quests. If you decide so, the next

  explored tile will have that NPC with Troubled default mood. Succeed Talk to

  get their quest.

* Turned most Passive Powers into normal hero powers.

* Explicit rule that hero gains XP for all spawned and alive monsters,

  when the adventure ends. That is to support scouting, exploration

  and non-violent solutions. E.g. Pacifist D20 Virtue.

* Cleaned the D20 Common Spell rules to use newer mechanics.

* Moved Donkey into D20 Mundane item.

* Expanded D12 Torment to D20
