EDDS v1.8 Changes
* Non-combat ways to clear a known dungeon, defeating the villain.
E.g. you can hire engineer to divert a river flooding these goblin caves,
ending the raids. Or you can poison dungeon's water supply,
which makes all monsters there spawn Poisoned.
* Working as a dreammist pusher for Zhentarim. Dreammist itself allows rerolling
flaw or virtue (picked randomly), but gives HOBO token.
* ASKING difficulty option, which expresses the YES/MAYBE/NO oracle system from
the The Solo Adventurer's Toolbox through EDDS rules.
* D20 Weather, affecting daily travel, visibility and long rest.
* D20 Welcome roll upon entering a city or an outdoor adventure.
These events like festivals, curfew and ambushes.
* D20 Weather, affecting heroes and monsters.
* Trainer type scholar, who allows training multiple skills per month,
by paying money and spending FAVOR.
* NPC name generator.
* Clarified rules on reporting nobles and officials to guards,
and the the city lord can't be reported.
* Clarified and rewrote Standalone section.
* Rewrite the Vecna boss to include the stats right where they needed.
* Rules on adapting HeroQuest monsters and heroes into DAS/EDDS format.
* Clarified that critical does 2x damage, and that on natural 20 target
avoids critical if its speed is above the attacker's speed.
